Frank Lampard’s Chelsea are on a run of six consecutive wins in
all competitions and will be looking to continue their good form when they face
Burnley at Turf Moor in the evening kick-off tonight.
The Blues are not expected to make too many changes from the side
which beat Ajax 1-0 in the Champions League on Wednesday.
They are suffering with a host of injury woes but, luckily,
the players that are fit have been performing well.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Lampard gave an update
on who will be unavailable for his side’s clash with Burnley.
“Ruben Loftus-Cheek is well out, Antonio Rudiger and N’Golo [Kante] are not
ready for the weekend,” he said.
“We need to get him right now – [Andreas] Christensen and [Ross]
Barkley are both out as well.”
Chelsea expected 4-3-3 lineup vs Burnley: Arrizabalaga; Azpilicueta, Tomori, Zouma, Alonso; Kovacic, Jorginho, Mount; Willian, Abraham, Pulisic
